Purchase Rules

 

1. General provisions of the Rules

1.1. The following rules of purchase and sale of goods determine the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of you as purchaser in the online shop. By purchasing goods from online stores, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. The purchase and sale agreement between you and the above-mentioned online stores is deemed to have been concluded when you form a shopping cart, specify a delivery address, choose a payment method and, after reading these rules, tick to the statement “I have read and accepted the rules” . The contract is valid until delivery of the goods.
1.3. Each contract, i.e. purchase order is stored in our database.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

2.1. You must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as any other payments (if any in the order) when placing the order and accept the goods ordered. If the shipped items are not accepted and returned to the seller, the buyer cannot claim any refund for the goods. Once the shipments are returned and passed 1 month, the buyer has no claims for a refund.
2.2. If the details on your order form change, you must update them immediately.
2.3. The Buyer must also comply with other requirements of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Seller Responsibilities

3.1. We are committed to making every effort to enable you to make proper use of the services provided by the online store. However, we do not warrant that the E-Shop will operate uninterruptedly or that the data transmission will be error-free, and we will not be liable for any loss of the Buyer due to malfunctions of the E-Shop and / or data transmission errors.
3.2. In the event of serious circumstances, for which we are unable to provide you the ordered product, and we undertake to offer a similar product. If you refuse to accept an analogue product, we will refund your money within 5 business days.
3.3. Returns due to the buyer’s fault or forgetting to pick them up are not eligible for a refund. The seller repeats the shipment at the buyer’s request at the buyer’s expense. Once the shipments have been returned and after a month, the seller treats that the buyer no longer needs it and has no claims.

4. Payment for goods

4.1. When paying for goods, write the order number in the field of the purpose of payment. Unpaid invoice for goods within 2 workdays the order is canceled and the reservation of goods is canceled.
4.2. Methods of payment for goods:

4.2.2. If is made individual order to e-mails of our company, it is possible to pay for the goods by bank transfer to the bank account specified by us. We will send the bank details required for the payment to your e-mail box as soon as possible (no later than in 1 workday) after the order is completed / received.
Note: money transfers may take some time, so if your order is urgent, you must will send a copy of payment in PDF format by e-mail, so that the order can be processed as soon as possible.
4.2.3. Payment by Paypal system. By choosing this payment method, you agree to pay all transfer fees.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. The goods are delivered by DPD to selected address, DPD postal machines, Lithuanian Post AB „Lietuvos paštas“ or the goods are picked up by the Buyer at his own expense from the place specified by the Seller.
5.2. Delivery of goods takes place in Lithuania and worldwide.
5.3. Shipping costs are listed in “Shipping” section.
5.4. Usually, the goods are shipped to the address specified by the Buyer within 1-5 workdays of receipt of payment for the goods and transportation of the goods, if the goods are in the Seller’s warehouse.
5.5. The exact date of shipment and the registration number of the shipment shall be indicated in the Seller’s message to the Buyer by e-mail. to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer in the registration form.
5.6. You do not have to be the consignee of the item. If you are gifting or buying an item to another person, you can specify another person or another address at the end of your order where the item will be delivered.
5.7. Upon delivery of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Buyer, irrespective of whether the goods are actually received by the Buyer or any other person who has accepted the goods at the specified address.

6. Responsibility and Privacy

6.1. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer shall be liable for the consequences arising from the erroneous or inaccurate data in the registration form.
6.2. The parties shall be liable for the violation of the contract of sale and purchase concluded using the e-shop in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.3. We are not responsible for the information provided on other companies’ websites, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links in our online store.
6.4. We are not responsible for the fact that the goods displayed in the e-shop do not match their actual size, shape or color due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
6.5. We confirm that personal data of all buyers will be stored in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We undertake not to disclose data except to partners providing goods delivery and transportation services.

7. Returns

7.1.Card holder has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 days without giving a reason. Return of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and in force.
7.2. The return of the goods is performed due to their defect or defect. The Seller shall not be liable for damage to goods due to improper use or shipment due to improper service.
7.3. At the request of the buyer, the goods are replaced by an analogous product. If the seller does not have the opportunity to exchange the item, money returned to the seller for the item is returned within 14 days by bank transfer to the specified account.
7.4. Upon receipt of the wrong order, after informing the buyer and returning the item, the seller shall send the ordered item at his own expense, and the costs of sending the buyer shall be borne by the bank transfer to the specified account.
7.5. If the buyer does not like the color of the item, the seller changes to a different color after returning the item undamaged and undamaged. Postage is borne by the buyer.
7.6. Returns can be made by post (registered parcel!) or by courier service at the address given on our website.
7.7. Returns to the seller are not available by redemption.
